How do I return my online order?

If you have placed an order on the IMPERIUM EST website and wish to return one or more items purchased, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the Order.

Products must be sealed, unused and returned in the same condition they were received in, always within their original packaging. We cannot accept any products where the seal has been broken.
Products must be shipped to the following address. We recommend that you use a courier tracking service as the products remain the Customer’s responsibility until we have received them into our Warehouse. The cost of returning any items is the Customer’s responsibility.
